It’s cool because I can confirm my appointments without having to talk to anyone or call anyone back if I missed a call.
I can confirm my appointments, check on my account balances and view my son’s pictures and x-rays. It’s very convenient and informative.
I will be using the site mostly to check on appointments and financial information.

Nice to go online vs. calling and being put on hold waiting for a simple answer. None of our other healthcare providers have as many online options.
